AutoJeweler LLC stands behind the quality of our products. Each item is tested and inspected prior to shipment to help ensure proper functionality. This policy outlines warranty coverage, exclusions, platform-specific warranty periods, and the claim process.

1. Warranty Coverage

All AutoJeweler products include a limited warranty covering verified manufacturing defects under normal use.

  • Applies only to the original purchaser
  • Requires valid proof of purchase
  • Coverage begins on the delivery date

This warranty covers the product only. It does not cover labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, downtime, vehicle damage, or any related expenses.


2. Warranty Period

2a. AutoJeweler Official Website

All products purchased directly from the AutoJeweler official website include a 1-Year Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

2b. Walmart Marketplace

All products purchased through Walmart Marketplace include a 1-Year Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

2c. TikTok Shop, Mercari & Other Marketplaces

Products purchased through TikTok Shop, Mercari, and all other third-party marketplaces include a 90-Day Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Warranty coverage is tied to the platform of purchase and the associated order record.


3. Product Registration (Recommended)

Registering your product helps speed up future warranty claims and allows faster verification and processing.

Registration is not required to receive warranty service, but it helps us verify your purchase and product information faster.


4. What Is Covered

This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects, including:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • LED failure or malfunction not caused by misuse
  • Water intrusion when properly installed
  • Wiring, driver, or controller defects
  • Internal component failure under normal use

5. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation or incorrect wiring
  • Physical damage, impact damage, abuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear including scratches, scuffs, fading, or cosmetic damage
  • Modifications including cut or altered wires, splicing, disassembly, or tampering
  • Electrical damage caused by overheating, shorting, blown fuses, or vehicle power issues
  • Damage caused by water intrusion due to improper installation
  • Damage caused by third-party installers
  • Removing and reinstalling the product onto another vehicle
  • Labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, diagnostics, shop fees, or related costs

6. Installation Notice

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

  • ASE-certified mechanic
  • Certified automotive lighting technician
  • Certified stereo, alarm, or LED installer

AutoJeweler LLC is not responsible for vehicle damage resulting from installation errors.

AutoJeweler LLC does not assume responsibility for any costs incurred through installation, removal, reinstallation, labor, or warranty replacement service under any circumstance.


7. Warranty Shipping Policy

Return Required for Warranty Claims

  • The defective product must be returned to AutoJeweler for inspection before a replacement is sent
  • No replacements will be issued until the original defective product is received
  • No exceptions

Within 30 Days of Delivery

  • For verified defects, replacement shipping may be covered by AutoJeweler
  • If a return is required, a prepaid return label may be provided for U.S. customers at our discretion

After 30 Days

  • Warranty coverage remains subject to the applicable warranty period for the platform of purchase
  • Customer may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty replacement or inspection

Non-Defective Returns Sent for Testing

  • If the product is found not to be defective, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to have the item returned

International Orders

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and related costs

8. Discontinued Products

If a product covered under warranty has been discontinued, AutoJeweler may provide one of the following remedies:

  • A comparable replacement product
  • An upgraded alternative
  • A discounted solution if an exact match is unavailable

9. How to File a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be submitted for review and approved before any product is returned.

Submit Warranty / Return Request Form

  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Complete all required sections of the request form
  • Submit clear photos or video of the defect or malfunction
  • Describe the issue in detail

Do not ship any product before approval is provided.

If your claim is approved, you will receive:

  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  • Return instructions
  • A return label if applicable

Packages received without an approved RMA may be refused, denied, or returned to sender.


10. Additional Terms

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  • Warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective product only
  • No refunds are issued under warranty outside the applicable return window
  • Clearance, closeout, and final-sale items may be excluded from warranty coverage unless otherwise stated on the product listing
  • Warranty does not guarantee upgraded or newer versions of a product line

AutoJeweler reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

AutoJeweler reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
