1-Year Limited Warranty
At AutoJeweler, we stand behind the quality of our products. All eligible items are covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty to ensure your confidence and satisfaction.
What’s Covered
✔️ Manufacturer defects
✔️ LED failure or malfunction
✔️ Water damage (due to normal usage and proper installation)
What’s Not Covered
❌ Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
❌ Physical damage from accidents or modifications
❌ Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading)
❌ Damage caused by improper voltage, electrical shorts, or battery failures due to overheating or overcharging
❌ Broken or cracked products
❌ Products modified in any way (e.g. disassembly, cutting, altering or extending wires)
❌ Products removed from original installation or transferred to another vehicle (warranty is non-transferable)
Installation Notice
As with any electronic automotive accessory, we recommend installation be performed by a trained professional, defined as a certified ASE mechanic or automotive technician certified in car stereo, alarm, or lighting installation.
AutoJeweler is not responsible for any damages to a customer’s vehicle caused by third-party installers, nor does the warranty cover labor fees associated with removal or re-installation.
Warranty Period
Coverage lasts for one year from the date of purchase.

Custom Products & Extended Warranty
Custom products, such as our custom RGBW Flow Series badges, do not include the standard 1-Year Limited Warranty. For these items, we offer paid extended warranty plans, which must be purchased at the time of order or before the product ships. All custom products are thoroughly tested and documented to ensure functionality prior to shipping.
Return Policy for Custom Products:
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in original, new, unused, and uninstalled condition. Custom products undergo inspection prior to shipment to confirm there are no defects.
Discontinued Products
If a product is discontinued but still under warranty coverage, our customer service team will offer a substitute product. If the replacement does not fully match other functioning parts you have installed, we can provide a quote and special discount for the additional components needed to match your kit.
Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims
After troubleshooting and diagnosis:
- If the product does not need to be returned, the customer will cover only the shipping fee of the replacement part.
- If the product must be returned for inspection or repair, customers within the lower 48 US states will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label.
- After inspection, if the product is found not defective and fully functional, the customer will be responsible for return shipping expenses to have the item sent back.
International Customers: Responsible for all shipping charges, including duties and taxes.
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If no additional insurance is purchased at checkout, the customer will be responsible for purchasing a replacement for any item damaged in transit.

Complete the Warranty Request Form: To obtain a copy of our warranty request form, you can request the form by sending us an email at:

- Missing or incorrect information could cause a delay in processing.
- Submit clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect or failure as part of your claim.
- An RMA number is required for all returned packages.
- Packages received without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.
Additional Terms
- All clearance items are sold As Is; No Returns; All Sales Final.
- Warranty coverage applies only to purchases made directly from AutoJeweler or authorized sellers.
- Purchases from unauthorized vendors are not covered.Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the original purchased part only and does not extend to upgraded or revised versions of the product line.
AutoJeweler reserves the right to make changes to this warranty policy at any time.
